How Do I Apply for a Job?
Simply send us a short email expressing your interest, along with your résumé attached. A formal cover letter is optional — we’re more interested in who you are and what you bring to the table.

What Happens After I Submit My Application?
Please note that we are not able to respond to every submission.
1. Application Review
Our HR team reviews all applications to identify qualified candidates.
2. Telephone Screening
Selected candidates will be invited to participate in an initial phone interview.
3. In-Person Interviews
The strongest candidates will be invited for in-person interviews.
Good Spirits Distilling typically conducts two to three rounds of interviews during the hiring process.
4. References & Background Checks
We may request references from finalists. Certain positions may require additional background checks.
5. Formal Offer
A written offer will be extended to the top finalist candidate.
