THESE TERMS OF USE INCLUDE A CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND REQUIRE BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES. DETAILS ARE BELOW.

1.) By Using Our Site, You Agree to These Terms of Use:

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Each time you access our Site, it is your responsibility to review these Terms for updates. Your continued use of the Site after modifications means you accept the revised Terms. If you disagree with these Terms or are dissatisfied with our Site, your sole remedy is to discontinue using it.

We may offer promotional activities, benefits, or contests, and additional terms may apply (“Promotional Terms”). If these Terms conflict with Promotional Terms, the Promotional Terms will control.

By submitting content, you represent that:

• It does not contain harmful code
• You have the rights to submit it

You may be personally liable for unlawful or infringing submissions.

8.) Intellectual Property Complaints:

If you believe your copyrighted material has been infringed, provide the following in writing:

• Description of the copyrighted work
• Location of the infringing material on our Site

• A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury confirming accuracy

12.) Disputes:

Unresolved disputes will be handled through binding arbitration (except for claims for public injunctive relief or qualifying small-claims cases).

Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

You may opt out within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by requesting an opt-out form at info@goodspiritsdistilling.com.

Both parties agree:

• Arbitration is individual only (no class actions)
• No jury trial rights apply
• If litigation occurs, it must be filed in courts located in Kansas, USA

13.) Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflicts of law.
